Many people have asked the question about what does
each dates mean on the build dates here is the defination for each date. Receipt Date - The date that MS&S recorded the order. When the order is received from the dealers Serialize - The date Marketing Sales and Service (MS&S)transfers order to Material Planning and Logistics (MP&L) and the VIN number is created Segment - The date MP&L determine which week the order will be built Sequence - The date MP&L determines which day the order will be built Blend - The date MP&L determines when the order will be built within the assigned day Produced - The date Vehicle Operations (VO) finished assembling the vehicle Gate Release - The date VO transfers vehicle to transportation carriers for shipping Ship - The date the vehicle left the assembly plant Arrival - The date the order arrived at the dealer Sold - Date you take delivery |
